I've worked with Perry and Rachel twice now. Both jobs have been exceptional. I first spoke with Rachel and she's really fantastic to work with. I actually called many vendors and none were nearly as pleasant. Some straight up didn't call me back. Rachel is both attentive and responsive. She set the tone for the great work that follows.For the first job, we needed to fix up our family home so we could sell it. They did ceiling+door+window repairs, mold removal, and painting. Really knocked it out of the park, the repairs were seamless! I wish I called them sooner so we could enjoy all the new repairs ourselves before we sold the house.I returned for a second job. Perry and Rachel totally revitalized the home we bought and we felt taken care of through the whole process. They helped us choose samples/materials, gave us great suggestions for fixes, and updated us thoroughly. New floors, new paint, new kitchen, and two new bathrooms. It's a completely new home and definitely increased our home value!They're a one-stop-shop and an absolute pleasure to work with. I'll be returning for a third time to renovate the exterior.

I’ve been in search of a handyman service to get my bathtub re-caulked —- submitted an online inquiry to Perry’s yesterday, and the job is done today! I hesitated to reach out for such a small job but I’m glad I did. Perry was a pleasure to speak with, and Raymon who came to do the job was professional, fast and did an excellent job. Outstanding customer service from the first phone call with Rachel, in-home service (moving an electrical outlet and installing a disheasher) with Anthony, and a follow-up conversation with Rachel and Mr. Perry himself! I loved their honesty, and really appreciated how Anthony took his time to explain all of the work to me from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Perry's. I wholeheartedly endorse them, and will definitely use their services again!

They fixed my walls and my ceiling which looked like a jigsaw puzzle but when they got finished with it you couldn't even tell how bad it was than they painted the inside of my house everyone that saw it remarked how good it was

I used Perry's for snow removal last winter. The company was at my house to clean up or just put down some salt on the ice on my side walk and front stoop, I could be out of my house by 10:am. Perry's also called and offered help during the worst of the pandemic, such a kind thing to do.

I love working with Perry. His work is always above and beyond. He is extremely creative and always has fantastic suggestions that improve upon my own ideas and make my projects so much more outstanding. His work is meticulous and I have used him over and over again. In fact I have a call into him now to help with storm damage and insurance claims.
